The media has now been in an uproar for the past two years because of the impact of a few Facebook ads and fake news articles on the 2016 election. I’m sure it did have some impact, but it was overwhelmingly drowned out by the $1.2 billion Hillary spent on her campaign as well as the 24/7 negative, misleading, and dishonest coverage Trump received from 95 percent of the media. And liberals act like fake news only occurred on one side. During the months leading up to the 2016 election, I don’t think a day went by where my Facebook feed failed to show some fake anti-Trump post. I’m estimating a 100-to-1 advantage Hillary had in fake ads when you factor in the censorship from left-wing Silicon Valley.
