The time for having a Republican Party has passed. The majority of them have no principles or courage and are only interested in preserving their place in the Deep State. Electing the “lesser of two evils” is no way to govern a nation. I liked Trump’s spirit, political incorrectness, and love of America, but even he was constrained by the DC swamp creatures in his own party and having to follow the archaic Republican Party platform (which put ZERO controls on insane government spending). A 3rd party with libertarian leanings is the only way to politically save the country.

Although it doesn’t seem like it, there are millions of Biden voters who believe in freedom and are disgusted with the fascist moves the Ruling Class has made since the election. I personally know a few hard-core liberals who see the dangers of the Covid tyrannical crackdowns as well as the Big Tech strangulation of free speech. The time is ripe for a 3rd party candidate to rise on a platform of civil liberty, economic freedom, no foreign wars, balanced budgets, and uniting the nation. An independent candidate can actually follow his or her principles rather than put all their energy into maximizing the electoral power of one of the major parties. It will probably take a nationally-known celebrity or business leader who doesn’t have the combative personality of a Donald Trump.

The next four years you can count on the Democrats to do what they always do when they’re in power–overreach. They will unleash a wave of measures that massively grow government, balloon the debt, and erode personal freedom. The backlash will build, leaving conditions ripe for the transformational leader to take the national stage. Hang in there!

  1. Having worked to try and elevate a libertarian third party for two decades before leaving them in disgust after their response to 9-11, I can tell you that the Republicans and Democrats have stacked the deck against the success of any alternative parties. They have done it with their rules in the House and Senate, their control of the presidential debates, and with onerous ballot access laws in every state. It is so bad that in Georgia, no third party candidate has been able to qualify to be on the ballot for a US House race since 1935! And that candidate was a socialist party candidate. And if you think that the GOP can be reformed from the inside, ask Ron Paul or Rick Santorum supporters how well that went (or Bernie supporters in the Democrat party). Check out Richard Winger’s great site http://www.ballot-access.org for all you could ever want to know about the hurdles.

Government is the problem. The solution is not a better king on the throne, but to rid yourself of the mental belief that anyone, for any reason, has the right to rule over anyone else. Supporting the idea of government is fundamentally supporting the belief that in the end, nobody should ever be allowed the right or freedom to ever say “NO” if enough people say yes. Sorry, government is the root of our problems. Political solutions are not going to fix that. Withdrawing consent is how the Soviet empire fell without a shot being fired. There is a lesson there.

  2. Amen, Mr. Liberty! I fear that someone like you or Joe can never be president because you have assets that both parties consider liabilities: common sense and logic.

  3. The biggest difference between the left and American Patriots is the fact that the left burns down their own cities while we go after the actual problem. Those in government.
The corrupt like Pelosi and Schumer have been put on notice that there is a fresh noose, hanging off of a strong branch, just waiting for their necks.
But I feel they are too entrenched to actually recognize the danger they are in.
This works to the American Patriot’s advantage.

    • If you haven’t yet figured it out, the “left” is not the only problem. Plenty on the “right” are also a serious problem and must go – along with their policies. If you are going to be content simply getting rid of the “left,” you should realize that the progressive movement of the late 1800s and early 1900s corrupted BOTH major political parties, and since that time, BOTH have supported such progressive and destructive policies as the income tax, the Federal Reserve, government monopoly schools, a massive regulatory apparatus, the welfare state, the warfare state, unsound/fiat money, etc. There are a handful of folks on the right who understand and are trying to “fix” things, and they certainly deserve our support, but if you think that getting rid of Pelosi and Schumer and putting McConnell and his ilk back in power is going to make things better, you’ve got another thing coming.
