A jury is the last defense a free people has against tyranny.
There are, sir, four boxes.
The Soap box, the ballot box, the jurors box, and, as a last resort, the cartridge box.
The jury is always to judge the law and the facts. They are indeed to inject their opinion to determine if a law is just or constitutional.
If all jurors understood this we would still enjoy freedoms long lost.
