  1. Great site! As a Historian, I discovered the world of memes in 2005 and have now a collection of some 61,000 memes cataloged by year & subject matter. While many of my colleagues sniff at their existence, I view them as an important window into any given time period as to what people were thinking about events of the times, attitudes toward elected officials, average people & celebrities in relationship to recorded occurrences. They range in hard facts, satire, absurdities, and sometimes intended & unintended misinformation. I especially enjoy the historical memes when accurate. Your site is one of my main sites to visit every day. I will send any support I can. Thank you.

    • Thanks, John! This is a non-profit site, so the best you can do to support the site is spread the word. –Joe
