If you think about it, the neocon, old guard RINO wing of the party may be the smallest remaining political constituency in America. Republican voters clearly don’t want them. Liz Cheney lost her primary by 35 points. Romney retired rather than face humiliating defeat. McConnell resigned his leadership role. Every Never Trump RINO the Left could dig up was given a bullhorn somewhere in mainstream media. None of it mattered in the election. No Democrats are going to vote for DC swamp creatures with an (R) after their name. Sure, they’ll play them up as “principled moderates” during primaries and when they’re attacking conservative candidates, but as soon as they have to run against them, they’re back to being Hitleresque.
So, by electing John Thune new Senate majority leader, Republicans chose to make exactly ZERO people happy outside the Ruling Class & DC swamp. I’ve yet to find a single tweet on X in support of Thune (or John Cornyn, for that matter). The RINOs obviously knew this was going to be unpopular, which is why they pulled their bitch ass secret ballot crap. Together with Mike Johnson, the Trump administation will once again have both houses trying to obstruct him from bringing real reform.
However, it’s a very different world now. Trump, Musk, and Rogan have bully pulpits to call attention to corruption and other DC standard operating procedures. Twitter/X provides a true free speech platform to amplify their actions. One thing I hate about RINOs is that they have zero principles and will do whatever it takes to stay in power, but in this case, it may to be our advantage. Trump clearly won a mandate, and if we relentlessly apply pressure to these RINO assholes on social media, at town halls, and so on, they will be forced to go along with the Trump agenda and minimize their obstruction. Does everyone understand their homework assignment? 😎

I recall that Speaker Johnson got the Speaker job after some stoopid stuff that McCarthy engaged in. If there are enough folks in the House that care, I feel confident that there is a way, a highly publicized way, for a repeat replacement for the House and Senate. Kinda insurrectiony. Kinda patriotic. 100% needed.
